WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE BILLING AND THE SHIPPING ADDRESS
The billing address should be the same address you provided to your bank when you applied for your credit card/debit card. The shipping address is the one you want us to ship your order to.

When viewing an item, simply select your size, colour and quantity and then click on ADD TO CART. You may continue to shop by clicking on the tab 'continue shopping' or PROCEED TO CHECKOUT. You will then be prompted to either sign in to you account or to create a new account. If you have a e-gift card or discount code please input this code where it says VOUCHERS.
Finally, you will be directed to complete the shipping details and payment method. Once you have submitted your order you will receive a confirmation email to your registered email address containing the contents of your order.

As we partner with many different manufacturers, distributors and emerging designers that originate from various locations across the globe your order may consist of multiple packages to fulfill a single order. But as stated above you ONLY pay one low shipping fee of $10 or FREE for orders totalling $75 and over.
I'M MISSING AN ITEM FROM MY ORDER, WHAT SHOULD I DO
As stated above, its possible that your items have been shipped in separate packages.
Each package will consist of a packing slip which will tell you the items that you can expect to find inside. If an item is in fact missing once all your packages arrive, please contact our customer care team Here and we will aim to resolve the issue for you as quickly as possible.
ARE THEIR ANY ADDITIONAL FEE'S
For most of the countries we ship to our customers do not need to pay an import fee nor duties or VAT (Valued Additional Tax). However for some European countries our customers may need to pay the duties or VAT according to your countries levying rules.
